摘要
目的了解口腔医学生临床实习前焦虑状况并分析其影响因素,在此基础上提出相应的干预措施。方法对口腔实习生进行问卷调查,评估导致焦虑的不同因素,并根据不同的焦虑因素和焦虑程度进行原因探讨。结果医学生在进入口腔临床实习前存在焦虑情况的占23.3‰,临床实习前焦虑与前期学习所掌握操作技能的程度、对理论与实践结合的认知程度、沟通能力以及未来就业压力等因素相关,受性别、实习科别影响。结论临床实习前焦虑是多因素相互作用的结果,积极应对有助于帮助学生缓解实习前焦虑,提高临床实习效果。
Objective This paper investigated the pre-practice anxiety status for stomatological students and explored its causes, then developed the appropriate interventions. Methods A questionnaire was answered by the pre-practice stomatological students to evaluate the various factors which lead to anxiety, and the correspondent interventions was made according to the different factors and degrees. Results The pre-practice anxiety of stomatological students accounts for 23.3 ‰. It correlated with gender, learning, technique, communication, practice specialties and the future employment pressures. Conclusions The pre-practice anxiety is the result of the multi-factor interactions; positive interventions can help for students to release the anxiety before practice and improve effectiveness of clinical practice.
