摘要
目的评价骨质疏松性椎体骨折经精确定向复位成形,并适量注入骨水泥于塌陷部位所获得的复位固定效果。方法采用美国Kyphon提供的微创器械套件及特制球囊,对18例新鲜单发骨折椎体进行治疗。球囊准确置于椎体塌陷部位,扩张后平均注入低黏度骨水泥3-4 ml。观察手术前后症状改善情况,及测量病椎高度变化。结果 13例穿刺准确定位于塌陷部位,5例基本达到预定位置。17例术后半小时原有疼痛症状缓解或基本消失,复位前后椎体前缘平均高度经t检验呈显著性差异。结论精确定向复位成形对骨折椎能以较少骨水泥起到良好的复位,避免过量骨水泥所致副作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of vertebroplasty in treating osteoporotic vertebral fractures by precise directional reduction and suitable bone cement injection in the collapse site.Methods Eighteen patients of fresh single vertebral fractures were treated in this study,by using minimally invasive instrument packages and special balloons made by Kyphon Inc.(U.S.).The balloons were placed in the collapse site and dilated,then injected an average of 3-4ml low-viscosity bone cement.Observed symptoms improvement before and after operation,and measured of changes in vertebral height.Results Thirteen balloons were accurately placed in position,and five balloons were less accurately placed.Original pain symptoms of seventeen patients had been reduced or almost disappeared.Vertebral height before and after reduction were significant different(t-test P0.05).Conclusion Precise directional vertebroplasty could use less bone cement to achieve good fracture reduction,therefore to avoid side-effects caused by excessive use of bone cement.
