摘要
福建联合石油化工有限公司(FREP)芳烃联合装置先后应用了HAT-096和HAT-099两种歧化催化剂,对比了两种催化剂的标定情况。HAT-096催化剂在各项数据上均达到或优于设计指标,更换HAT-099催化剂后,C10+芳烃的平均转化率为72.8%,HAT-099催化剂平均转化率为46.6%,平均选择性为89.2%,体现了其较强的重芳烃处理能力。提出并实施了控制歧化原料中C8芳烃含量;优化操作参数;改造汽提塔干气流程和优化供氢流程等措施,并找出了液体收率和选择性、氢耗的最佳平衡点。
The application of HAT-096 and HAT-099 catalysts in S-TDT unit at Fujian Refining Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(FREP) is described,and the performances of the two disproportionation catalysts are compared.The performances of HAT-096 catalyst has met or is better than the design specifications.When it is replaced with HAT-099 catalyst,the average conversion of C+10 aromatics is 72.8%,the average conversion of HAT-099 catalyst is 46.6% and average selectivity is 89.2%,which shows that HAT-099 catalyst has a strong capability for processing heavy aromatics.It is recommended that the C8s in the feedstock be controlled,the operating parameters be optimized and dry gas process of the stripper be revamped and hydrogen supply process be improved.The optimal balance between liquid yield,selectivity and hydrogen requirement is found out.
