汽油加氢装置反应器压力降频繁升高的原因分析和对策 被引量:7

摘要 为了适应2010年国Ⅲ汽油的生产,独山子石化分公司采用抚顺石油化工研究院的OCT-M工艺把原有的0.6 Mt/a汽柴油加氢装置改造成0.4 Mt/a汽油加氢装置,自2009年11月开工以来,该装置反应器压力降上升比较快,最短时只能生产3个月就需要进行撇头,对全厂生产平衡造成较大的影响。通过对反应器顶部垢样的分析和工艺过程分析,找到了导致反应器压力降升高的主要原因,提出了加强原料氮封和原料过滤器管理、采用直供料、增大反应器内部的容垢能力等多个方面的改进措施,有效地延长了装置的运行周期,最长达到10个月以上。 The meet production requirements of China's state standard Ⅲ gasoline since 2010,Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has revamped its existing 600,000 TPY FCC and coker gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit to a 400,000 TPY FCC gasoline hydrogenation unit with FRIPP's OCT-M process.Since startup in November 2009,the reactor had seen a rapid rise of pressure drop,and the unit had to be shutdown for skimming within the shortest cycle of three months.It has a serious impact on the production balance of the refinery.The main causes of reactor pressure drop rise has been identified by analysis of reactor top scales and study of process.Improvement measures such as control of nitrogen blanketing of feed,feed filter management,use of straight supply of feed,and increasing tolerance of fouling inside reactor have been adopted to extend run cycle of the unit effectively to a maximum of over ten months.
