摘要
利用文献检索的方法重点从研究主题角度,综述了国内外保险公司治理的相关研究成果。发现国外对保险公司治理的研究已经经历了近三十年的时间,目前已进入到深入研究的阶段;国内的相关研究起步较晚,近十年的研究还聚焦于保险公司治理的概念、模式以及国际比较等方面,亟待进一步深入。在对国内外保险公司治理相关文献梳理和比较分析的基础上,提出将保险公司治理的特殊性作为保险公司治理研究的主线,构建了由研究主线、理论研究和应用研究组成的保险公司治理研究的理论框架,并对未来重点研究内容进行了展望。
This paper reviewed domestic and international studies on the corporate governance of insurance companies. Furthermore, we documented these studies from the point of research topic. We found out that foreign researches on this topic had a history of nearly three decades and had entered an in-depth study stage. Comparatively speaking, domestic researches had a late start and the current focus was on the concept of insurance governance, models, and international comparison. We pointed out the specific characteristics of insurance governance which should be properly considered in research ; then, we constructed the theoretical framework of insurance corporate governance, which included research main line, and theoretical and applied research. Finally, we looked into the fu- ture themes of the research work.
