摘要
介绍了"金太阳"工程的发展情况,国家对该工程的补贴方案及针对实施过程中遇到的问题所进行的修改和调整。分析了"金太阳"工程对中标项目业主和电网企业的影响,未来经过对上网电价和相关政策的调整,实施该工程将给项目业主带来较大的利润空间。
This paper introduces the development of the ＂Golden Sun＂ Project in China, the subsidy plan and the alterations and adjustment which address the problems that occur during the implementation. The paper analyzes the influences of the project on the owner and the power grid, pointing out that with future adjustments of the grid connection price and corresponding policies, the project can bring large profits to the owner.
