摘要
临床资料患者男，58岁。全身起水肿性红斑，伴痒9天。患者11天前因感冒发热，静滴青霉素，口服康利诺、罗红霉素等药物治疗，热退。9天前躯干部出现瘙痒性水肿性红斑，逐渐扩展至四肢及手足，曾经在某院诊为“多形红斑”，口服依巴斯汀，外用炉甘石洗剂，皮疹扩展至颜面部.
