摘要
[目的]为更好地开发利用蚕沙资源,并为蚕沙叶绿素提取的深入研究打下基础。[方法]以蚕沙为原料,采用超声波辅助有机溶剂法提取蚕沙叶绿素,并以叶绿素a浓度为指标,比较研究不同溶剂对蚕沙叶绿素提取效率的影响。[结果]应用超声波辅助有机溶剂法提取蚕沙叶绿素的工艺路线是正确可行的,且以常用有机溶剂丙酮和无水乙醇(体积比为1∶3)的混合溶液为提取剂,可显著提高蚕沙叶绿素的提取效率。[结论]研究结果不仅为蚕沙叶绿素提取工艺的进一步优化打下了基础,还为工业化生产蚕沙叶绿素提供参考。
[Objective] To better exploit and utilize silkworm excrement and provide a basis for further study on chlorophyll from silkworm excrement.[Method] With silkworm excrement as raw material,chlorophyll was prepared using the method of ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction in this study.And with concentration of chlorophyll a as index,the influences of different organic solvents on chlorophyll extraction efficiency from silkworm excrement were compared and analyzed.[Result] The method of ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction was an effective and practicable one for chlorophyll extraction from silkworm excrement.And extraction efficiency of chlorophyll a could be enhanced when acetone and ethanol were combined as extraction solvent(ratio of acetone to ethanol was 1∶ 3).[Conclusion] This study provided not only a basis for further optimization extraction process of chlorophyll,but also reference for further industrial production of chlorophyll from silkworm excrement.
