人工快速渗滤系统的动力学模型研究

摘要 人工快速渗滤系统(CRI系统)是一种新型的污水处理技术。根据推流式反应器的理想特征,通过试验建立一个实用的CRI系统动力学模型:Ct/C0=exp(-k.x)。根据试验数据,分别得出COD和NH3-N的去污系统动力学经验模型:Ct/C0=0.961 4e-0.858 8x,Ct/C0=0.999 6e-2.728 3x,且2个经验模型的可决系数都大约为0.99,说明模型模拟得很好,比较全面地反映了系统除污情况。试验结果表明,采用CRI系统处理工业废水,在进水COD保持在100 mg/L左右,NH3-N保持在8.68 mg/L时,COD最高去污率可达57.95%,NH3-N最高去污率为92.86%。该研究为CRI系统在实践中的大规模推广提供了理论指导。 Constructed Rapid Infiltration(CRI) system is a new sewage disposal technology.According to the ideal characteristics of plug-flow reactor,and based on test,established a practical CRI system dynamic model: Ct/C0=exp(-k·x).Based on test data,decontamination dynamic experience models of COD and NH3-N were obtained: Ct/C0=0.961 4e-0.858 8x,Ct/C0=0.999 6e-2.728 3x,the determination coefficient of the two experience models was about 0.99,thus,it indicated that this model was better and could reflect decontamination efficiency roundly.What's more,test results showed that using CRI system to treat industrial effluents,with 100 mg/L inflow COD and 8.68 mg/L NH3-N,the highest COD and NH3-N decontamination rates can reached 57.95% and 92.86%,respectively.The study provided theoretical guidance for promoting the technology into practice.
