摘要
农业面源污染越来越成为亟待解决的问题,面对各种治理的技术和政策,农户的选择以及接受意愿是解决农村农业面源污染的关键所在。利用江汉平原3个县级市136户农户的调查数据,建立二项Logistic回归模型,定量分析农户对面源污染治理技术接受意愿的因素。研究结果表明,农户的接受意愿受到诸多因素的共同作用和影响,其中对技术作用的认知、受教育程度、耕地面积的大小、环境保护意识、担任公共职务对农户的意愿影响较显著,参加培训、性别对农户接受意愿影响不显著。该研究对于面源污染治理以及其他新技术的推广有一些启示:应该进一步提高农村整体教育水平;加强技术的有效宣传力度。
Agricultural non-point source pollution is increasingly becoming a serious problem,and the farmers' choices and acceptance of various treatment techniques and policies is more and more important.According to the investigation data of 136 farm households in three county-level cities on Jianghan Plain,a binomial logistic regression model is constructed to quantitatively analyze the factors influencing the farmers' acceptance of non-point pollution treatment technique.According to the results of investigation,the farmers' acceptance is influenced by several factors,such as the recognition of the role of technology,educational degree,the area of cultivated land,awareness of environmental protection as well as whether being a public servant or not.The training course and gender have insignificant influence.From this paper we can make some conclusions that our government should improve the farm household's specific knowledge and supply sufficient information as well as skills.
