摘要
中医药治疗冠心病应当以辨病与辨证相结合,以宣阳通痹为基本大法。用好佐使药,提高疗效,一是重视脏腑相关,特别是"心胃同治",二要用好活血化瘀药。无症可辨时要仔细查找,医者原因、患者原因抑或是确无症可辨。
The treatment of coronary heart disease should be based on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,take diffusing yang,unblocking obstruction as the fundamental methods,and administrate well the assistant and envoy medicinals.Better clinical efficacy need us emphasize on the relation of zang and fu,especially＂simultaneous treatment of the heart and stomach＂,and application of medicinals which can invigorate blood and dissolve stasis as well.we＇d better look for the reasons carefully from doctor,patient or syndrome without differentiation when the syndromes are difficult to differentiate.
