摘要
针对经济社会农村青年团员流动性强的特点,分析了团的队伍建设和组织发展所面临的问题和困难,在认真调研的基础上,就创造农村团组织发展的良好外部环境、强化团组织服务功效,以及创新团组织活动方式和工作机制等进行了有益的探讨,旨在打破农村团组织建设的困顿局面、促使农村团的工作焕发生机和活力。
Referring to the occasional transferring of young rural league members in economic society,the paper analyzes the problems and difficulty in team building and organizational development.Based on careful survey,it elaborates on creating better environment for rural league development,enhancing the service function,innovating activity organization and working mechanism,expecting to break through the dilemma and activate the league work.
