摘要
自1857年开创溴化物治疗癫痫的历史以来,经历了"踌躇"、"狂信"、"怀疑"、"退让"4个阶段,到1980年代中期以后又得到了"复兴",本世纪前10年成了溴药研制和临床应用的大发展时期,上市或已进入临床试验的溴药有上百种之多。回顾了溴化物的治癫简史及溴药的研究进展,并详细介绍7种溴药的临床应用概况。
Since 1857 to create a bromide treatment of epilepsy history,has experienced a ＂hesitation＂,＂fanaticism＂,＂suspect＂,＂concession＂ four stages,to the mid-1980s and later received a ＂renaissance＂,the first decade of this century into drug development and clinical application of bromine period of great development.Listed or have entered clinical trials,there are hundreds of drugs as much as bromine.A review with 65 references is given on the history of bromide and bromine to treat epilepsy drug research.And details of seven kinds of bromine clinical application of drugs.
