摘要
由自制合理搭配的菌群发酵制得的牛粪为试验材料。一组(A池塘)为施无机肥和发酵牛粪,另一组(B池塘)为在养殖的过程中只施无机肥,养殖4个月。探讨发酵牛粪作为饲料和肥料对主养鳙鱼生产性能的影响。结果表明,牛粪发酵后,营养价值显著提高(P<0.05)。放养后,有机肥和无机肥结合的A池塘浮游生物量显著提高(P<0.05),A池塘养殖的鳙鱼、鲢鱼和鲤鱼的生长性能均显著高于B池塘(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,发酵牛粪与无机肥联合使用可有效主养鳙鱼。
To study the effects of bacillus subtilis on growth and body composition of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir Sinensis),180 healthy crabs with initial body weight(10.49±0.13) g were allocated to 6 groups with 3 replications,feeding diets with 0,0.25×109,0.5×109,1×109,2×109,4×109 cfu/kg bacillus subtilis respectively for 8 weeks.The results showed that,with the amount of bacillus subtilis going up,Chinese mitten crab's growth increased first and then showed a downward trend,the group of adding 1×109 cfu/kg had the best weight gain and specific growth rate,which was significantly higher than the growth of other groups(P0.05).The body composition of crabs,like moisture,crude fat,crude protein and crude ash had no significant difference in 6 groups(P0.05).By analyzing of variance,the liver weight ratio of adding 1×109 cfu/kg group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(without adding bacillus subtilis group)(P0.05).By the results,we could find the best additive amount of bacillus subtilis in Chinese mitten crab diet was 1×109 cfu/kg.
