摘要
回转与动臂举升复合动作的协调性直接影响挖掘机的工作效率和工作性能。以提高回转与动臂举升复合动作协调性为目的,对开中心节流系统的中型液压挖掘机复合动作回路进行数学分析,提出一种通过调整相关参数改善回转与动臂系统耦合关系的方法。建立了系统的ADAMS和AMESim联合仿真模型,利用仿真模型对调整参数法进行验证,实现了回转与动臂复合动作协调性的优化,为液压挖掘机复合动作协调性的研究提供了新方法。
The coordination of rotation and boom lift's complex movement directly affects the efficiency and work performance of excavator.In order to improve the coordination of complex movement,a mathematical analysis on excavator hydraulic system was carried out based on medium-sized hydraulic excavators with open center throttling hydraulic system,a method to optimize the coupling relationship between slew system and boom system by adjusting the relevant parameters was proposed,then the co-simulation model system established by AMESim and ADAMS was verified.At last,the optimized adjustment parameters method was validated by using the simulation model.The findings provide a new method for the coordination research of the hydraulic excavator compound action.
