摘要
埕北25GB井组构造位于胜利埕岛油田主体构造中部的埕北22—25井区,所钻地层岩性多为泥岩或泥砂岩混层,泥岩中蒙脱石含量很高,成岩性较差,造浆十分严重,特别是明化镇与馆陶组交界处及馆陶组油层上部的盖层更为严重,钻井液流变性不易控制,同时井壁容易黏附大量的钻屑,形成较厚的虚泥饼,并且在井斜较大的井段易形成岩屑床,造成起下钻不通畅、电测不顺利等复杂情况。针对以上问题,在钻井施工过程中,使用天然环保聚合物钻井液,强化了钻井液的包被抑制性,控制了泥岩造浆;保持钻井液具有低黏度、低切力的流变性,充分冲刷井壁,从而有效清除虚泥饼及岩屑床;同时使用仿沥青及固体聚合醇提高泥饼质量、降低起下钻摩阻,使钻井液定向钻进顺利。该钻井液技术能很好地适应埕北地区的地层特性。
The battery of wells in block of Chengbei25GB locates in the middle of Chengdao oil field.The formations encountered here are sandstone or mixed layer of sandstone and mudstone,and there is much montmorillonite in the mudstone that makes serious mud-making.Some difficulties are encountered when drilling the capping formation of Guantao reservoirs,such as bad rheology,many cuttings adhering to wellbore,thick mud cake,cuttings bed,hard tripping and logging.To overcome these difficulties,natural polymer drilling fluid system is applied with good characteristics of high encapsulated inhibition,controlling mud-making,low viscosity and gel,flushing wellbore to eliminate thick mud cake and cuttings bed and low friction,which meets the demands of drilling formations of Chengbei area.
