摘要
介绍了中国煤层气资源概况及发展前景,分析了煤储层及煤层气井的特点、固井的难点以及前期固井存在的问题,提出了固井技术对策。指出固井时不能照搬国外的成功经验,应考虑中国不同煤阶及煤储层的特性以及后期开采的需求,设计合理的水泥浆体系,采用综合的固井工艺:采用提高固井质量与保护煤层相结合的固井工艺;采用低失水、高早强、胶结性能优良的水泥浆。目前,控制水泥返高、常规密度与低密度相结合及变密度固井及与绕煤层固井作用机理相似、保护煤层的固井新工艺与水泥浆技术已有成功应用。
In this paper,the exploration prospect of CBM resources in China is introduced,the characteristics of CBM reservoirs and cementing difficulties are analyzed,as well as a technology is developed to solve the cementing difficulties of CBM wells.It is concluded that and the CBM cementing problems and the characteristics of different CBM reservoirs need to be researched more deeply,as well as the high performance cement slurry system should be taken.Nowadays,some new cementing technologies such as variable density and CBM protection are already applied successfully.
