摘要
文章简述了高校科研评价具有指标的多样性、评价方式的多样性、评价影响因素较多等几个主要特点,分析了当前高校科研评价中存在科研评价定量化、重科研轻教学、影响良好学风形成等主要问题,并就对改进高校科研评价工作,建立科学的科研评价体系,提出了改革科技评价制度、改进科学评价措施、加强科学道德建设等建议。
This paper introduces several characteristics of scientific research evaluation system in universities,the diversity of evaluation index,the diversity of evaluation method,more influencial factors and so on.It analyses the current main problems of scientific research evaluation in university：the evaluation was quantified,which leads to emphasis on research but thinking little of teaching,and which also has a bad influence on academic atmosphere and other major issues.It puts forward several suggestions in order to reform and perfect the scientific evaluation in university,such as,perfecting and reforming evaluation systems,improving evaluation measures,and strengthening moral construction and so on.
