摘要
文章提出了一种更深层次的ABC分类法:二次ABC分类法。该法在ABC分类的基础上,利用配送中心商品出库数据,进行商品二次ABC分析,加强畅销商品和特殊商品的库存管控,在总库存服务水平不变的情况下,实现配送中心存货量下降,提高配送中心管理效率及效益。
This paper presents a deeper level of ABC classification： two ABC classification. The ABC classification method based on the use of a goods distribution center library data, ABC analysis of secondary goods, selling goods and special products to enhance inventory control, the total inventory level of service in the same circumstances, to achieve distribution center inventory down, improve management efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution center.
