摘要
将工控设备用于慧鱼类的创意机构组合模型中,设计了具有工程背景的机械结构与运动方案,用PLC替代原模型中的专用模块进行过程控制,有利于学生更有效地学习机械、电子、控制专业知识,有助于学生熟悉常用工业控制流程,培养学生的学科综合能力,开拓学生创新思维方式和工程实践能力。以一个基于PLC的喷漆流水线模型实例说明这种应用过程。
The new experiment adopted the industrial control equipment in the creative mechanical construction models like Fisher , designed the mechanical structure and exercise program against the backgrounded of engineering, replaced the original specific module with PLC for process control, which will help students to learn more effectively on knowledge of machinery, electronics and control, make them familiar with common indus trial control processes, improve the comprehensive competence of the course, and develop the the abilities of innovative thinking and engineering practical skills. An example of spray paint line model based on PLC is introduced to illustrate this application process.
