摘要
力求找寻医方与患方在诊疗行为中的非言语行为期待不匹配的细节文化因素,根据其外在表现挖掘出内在文化动因,并进一步分析出哪些内在的文化因素导致了医患双方非言语行为要素的差异。从传统医学模式的影响;血缘、地缘与业缘的重合与背离;职业角色认同差异;信托模式与契约的模式五个方面,对诊疗中非言语行为差异的文化动因进行了探讨。
Strive to look for the details of the cultural factors in, the expectations of non - verbal behavior not match between doctor and patients in medical behavior, excavate its internal cultural drive from the outward mani- festation and to further analysis of the inherent cultural factors which led to the Medical risk factors of non - verbal behavior differences between doctor and patients. Author explored the cultural drive of the differences in nonverbal behavior in medical behavior from five aspects as follows： the impact of the traditional medical model; coincides and swerve between blood relationship, geopolitics and karmic connection; differences in identity of professional role; trust model and indenture model.
