羟基驱使苯丙聚合物/SiO_2杂化乳液的合成与成膜 被引量:1

Hydroxyl Derived the Preparation and Film Formation of Poly(Styrene-co-Acrylate)/Silica Hybrid Emulsion

摘要 制备了贮存稳定、高无机硅含量(≥21.0%)的聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯)/SiO2杂化乳液(PSE/Si),考察了甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)含量对杂化乳液微观形态的影响,探讨了成膜过程中Si-O-Si键的形成机理。结果发现,PSE/Si杂化乳液的粒径及其分布系数随着HEMA含量的增加而减小;透射电镜分析显示,m(HEMA)/m(单体)=3/100时,杂合乳液的分散稳定性良好;傅里叶红外光谱证实杂化乳液两相之间形成了分子间氢键,成膜过程中形成Si-O-Si交联网络;涂膜的综合性能在m(HEMA)/m(单体)=3/100时为最佳;原子力显微镜分析发现,HEMA促进了无机组分在涂膜表面的均匀分布;热失重结果显示,m(HEMA)/m(单体)=3/100时,PSE/Si杂化涂膜的热稳定性优于m(HEMA)/m(单体)=0/100和纯苯丙涂膜。 The poly(styrene-co-acrylate)/silica(PSE/Si) hybrid emulsions with high silicon contents(up to 21%) and good stability were prepared.The effect of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate HEMA contents on morphological structure was investigated. The mechanism of Si-O-Si formation was discussed.The results indicate that the particle sizes and distributions decrease with increase of HEMA contents.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) photos show that the hybrid emulsion shows good dispersive with 3% HEMA contents.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) confirmed that hydrogen bonds are formed in PSE/Si hybrid emulsions and Si-O-Si crosslinking bonds are formed during film formation.PSE/Si hybrid films with m(HEMA)/m(monomer)=3/100 display better properties.Atomic force microscope(AFM) photos disclose that HEMA promotes the dispersion of inorganic particle on hybrid film surface.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) curves demonstrate that PSE/Si hybrid film with m(HEMA)/m(monomer)=3/100 displays much better thermal stability than those with m(HEMA)/m(monomer)=0/100 and pure poly(styrene-co-acrylate).
