气流染色浴比小,少许的液量变动就可能带来较大的浴比波动,进而影响染色质量。通过分析气流染色中染浴的构成、织物入缸前与入缸时的液位控制、浴比的计算方法和影响浴比波动的因素,提出如何防止浴比波动,精确控制浴比的措施。
Little change of liquid in airflow dyeing will lead to high fluctuation of bath ratio due to lower bath ratio, and then affect the dyeing quality further. The composing of dyeing bath, level control before and after fabric feeding and the calculating method of bath ratio in airflow dyeing are introduced, as well as the factors affecting fluctuation of bath ratio and the corresponding preventions and controlling measures.
