摘要
在采煤机液压系统中增加自动加油回路,自动加油回路相关元件安装在采煤机机身内。通过自动加油回路向采煤机加注液压油及齿轮油,有效地防止因工人开盖加油而引起的煤尘、水等在此过程中侵入液压系统及润滑系统而造成油液变质。自动加油系统由调高油泵提供动力,操作简单方便,可有效减轻工人劳动强度。
Add the automatic oil filler loop to the hydraulic system of miner, and the correlative component installed in the machine. Fill the hydraulic oil and gear oil by the automatic oil filler loop can prevent the smut and water to enter the hydraulic system and lubrication system,whith can bring the deteriorated. The automatic oil filler loop drived by the height adjustment pump and it can be operated easily and it can lighten work intensity of the worker.
