摘要
"边缘化"是一种分析社会弱势群体及其问题的范式。以广东省为例,对欠发达地区高职教育进行分析发现,在制度安排上,从产生之初,欠发达地区高职教育便先天不足,办学基础十分薄弱;在资源配置上,国家扶强的政策导向及地方政府的投入不足又使这些高职院校处于明显劣势;在社会认同上,这些学校的教师和学生两个群体对其认同总体趋向不明确和不稳定。针对此,政府相关部门要通过重点扶持和宏观调控努力规避和化解欠发达地区高职教育的边缘化危机。
"Marginalization" is an analysis paradigm on the issue of vulnerable groups and their problems in society.Based on the case of Guangdong province,the analysis on higher vocational education of less developed regions found that,in the aspect of system arrangement,higher vocational education is congenital inadequacy at the beginning,and its school-running foundation is very weak;in the aspect of allocation of resources,the tendency of government policy of propping up key schools and insufficient investment of local governments put these schools in obvious disadvantaged position;in the aspect of social identity,the overall identity of teachers and students for these schools is not clear and instable.Therefore,the relevant government departments should industriously avoid and dissolve the marginalized crisis of higher vocational education in less developed areas by directive support and macroscopical regulation and control.
