摘要
对2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)的制备专利的数量以及制备方法进行了统计与分析,并重点对Dupont和Honeywell的HFO-1234yf专利进行了统计与分析。提出了两条热点路线:一是以卤代丙烷为原料[如1,1,1,3-四氯丙烷(HCC-250fb),可由四氯化碳和乙烯调聚制得]经氟氯化;二是以卤代丙烯[如1,1,2,3-四氯丙烯(HCC-1230xa),可由基础原料1,2,3-三氯丙烷氯化制得]经氟化后脱卤化氢来制备目标产物HFO-1234yf。
Patent statistics and analysis of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene's preparation is made, also the method of the preparation of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene on Dupont and Honeywell is reviewed. Based on the statistics data, two important lines for making 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene are proposed. The process involes reacting one starting material selected from the group consisting of halopropanes (such as 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane,HCC-250fb, that can be obtained by telomerization of tetrachloromethane and ethylene) with HF and C12. Another process involes the hydrofluorination of halopropenes (such as 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene, HCC-1230xa, that can be obtained by hydrochlorination of 1,2,3-trichloropropane) followed by dehvdrohalo^enation of the intermediate.
