摘要
目的观察参冬犀黄汤配合西药常规抗生素、激素等治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将158例胸部肿瘤患者随机分为2组,治疗组82例用参冬犀黄汤配合西药治疗,对照组76例单纯西药治疗,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组近期临床疗效、实体瘤疗效评价及生存质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参冬犀黄汤对胸部放疗所致放射性肺炎有一定治疗作用,与西药联合应用有增效作用,提高了患者的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effects of Shendong Xihuang Decoction together with regular antibiotics and glucocorticoid in treating radiation pneumonia.METHODS 158 patients with thoracic tumor were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 82 in experimental group treated with Shendong Xihuang Decoction and western medicine,and 76 in control group treated with pure western medicine.The clinical efficacy was observed.RESULTS Recent clinical efficacy,noumenal tumor treatment evaluation and life quality of patients in experimental group were better than those of control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Shendong Xihuang Decoction has certain healing effects on radiation pneumonia caused by thoracic radiotherapy;with application of western medicine,it can strengthen the effect and improve the life quality of patients.
