摘要
近年来,职业培训补贴已成为国家就业支出的一个重要项目,如何进一步加强和完善资金的绩效管理,充分发挥培训资金的效益,福建省的职业培训资金直补企业政策做出了有益的尝试和创新。
In recent years,the grant for employee training programs has become an important project of the national employment-service expenditure.To further strenghten and perfect the capital performance management,and to give full play to the benefits of training capital,the policy of vocational training funds as direct subsidies to enterprise in Fujian Province has made a helpful attempt and innovation.
