摘要
依据明代主要原始文献资料,论述了明政府颁布提倡植树造林的政令和保护林木资源的法律,分析了这些植树造林政令和林木保护法律所带来的生态效应,并简要评说对这种林业政策在明代的变化情况。
On the basis of original documents in the Ming Dynasty,the thesis discusses the state promulgated the decree of advocated afforestation and the law of forest resources protection.And then analyzes these afforestation and forest protection law decree bring ecological effect.The author also briefly narrated the forestry policy changes in the Ming Dynasty.
