摘要
目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺腺瘤中的诊断价值。方法比较分析78例甲状腺腺瘤的超声图像特征。结果甲状腺腺瘤典型声像图表现为单发结节多见,低回声为主,结节多伴囊性变,边界清晰,周边见包膜回声及晕环征,周边血流呈环状。结论甲状腺腺瘤声像图具有一定的特征性,应用二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流进行综合分析,可提高诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound for thyroid adenoma. Methods A total of 78 cases ultrasound image features of thyroid adenoma were compared and analyzed. Results The typical results of thyroid adenoma ultrasonography showed single nodule more common, low-echo-based, nodules with cystic change, clear boundaries, the capsule surrounding the echo and halo sign, peripheral blood flow in a ring. Conclusion Sonographic findings of thyroid adenoma have a certain characteristics, and two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound combined with comprehensive analysis can improve diagnostic accuracy.
