摘要 目的 探讨64层螺旋CT下肢动脉血管成像的最佳注射速率和最佳相对注射量.方法 将60例临床疑有下肢动脉疾病的患者随机分成3组,采用SOMATOM definition 64层螺旋CT行血管成像检查.对比剂注射速率第1组为3.5ml/s;第2组为4.5ml/s;第3组为4.5ml/s,并且注射量增加40ml生理盐水.将获得的数据传入Syngo CT workplace 工作站进行MR,MIP,SSD等后处理,比较两组原始图像及后处理图像质量.结果 第3组血管增强效果及图像质量明显优于第2组和第1组.结论 正确的注射速率和相对注射量是螺旋CT下肢动脉血管成像质量的关键. Objective To investigate the influence of injection rate and the relative injetction wolume on 64-slice spiral CT angiograph of lower limb artery. Methods Forty eight patients suspected lower limb arterial diseases underwent CT angiognaphy ( CTA ) with 64-slice spiral CT(Toshiba). The patients were divided into three groups randomly. The first group was injected at a rate of 3.5 ml/s, the second group at 4.5ml/s and the third group at 4.5ml/s. 4Oral NS in 0.9% was also injected in the three groups. The data was transmitted to the workstation in turn for resonstruction. Then the reported data was analyzed. Results The enhancement effect and quality of reconstruction images in the third groups were the best in the three groups. Conclusion The optimized injection rate and relative injection volume could improve the iumge quality of CT angiograph.
