摘要
本文简要分析了加热炉质量信息系统建设要求,研究并建立了适用于加热炉生产企业的质量信息系统。该系统用于加热炉类生产企业提高质量信息数据处理速度,保证质量系统的安全性、数据完整性以及系统运行的高效性,为企业实现全面质量管理、实现交货期、质量、价格、服务优化提供重要保证。该系统可以为同类生产企业提高产品质量,提升企业综合竞争能力提供切实可行的借鉴。
This paper has analyzed the heating stove quality information system construction request,has studied and set up a quality information system which is used by all the enterprises,which manufacture heating stoves,to speed up their collection,analysis,process and feedback of the quality information so that it can assure the safety,integrity and effectiveness of quality system.It also provides an important guarantee for optimizing management,quality,price and service.This subject provides a feasible reference for raising the product quality and comprehensive competitive ability of the same-kind enterprises.
