5-氟尿嘧啶的心脏毒性及防治进展 被引量:7

摘要 5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)是一种嘧啶类抗代谢类抗癌药,对多种恶性肿瘤有治疗作用,常见的副作用有消化道反应、骨髓抑制等,也有较少见的心脏毒副作用。近年来心脏毒副作用越来越受到重视。本文就5-FU心脏毒性的表现、病理生理、发生机制、诊断特征及其防治等进行综述。
