响应面法优化花生壳中高沸醇木质素提取工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 以高沸点溶剂1,4-丁二醇水溶液为萃取剂,以粉碎的花生壳为原料,经煮沸提取木质素,并以固液比、提取时间和醇水体积比为考察因素,采用RSA响应面分析法确定木质素提取的最佳工艺参数,即固液比1∶11,提取时间4 h,醇水体积比95∶5,在此优化工艺下木质素提取率为23.8%。 Lignin was extracted from the broken peanut shell with aqueous solution of 1,4-butanediol as extracting reagent by boiling extraction method.The single-factor extraction tests and response surface analysis were applied to determine the optimum technological condition.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio(g/mL)was 1∶11,the extraction time was 4 hours,and the volume ratio of 1,4-butanediol/water was 95∶5.Under this condition,the extraction yield of lignin was 23.82%.
