摘要
拆卸序列规划是产品维修性设计的一个重要内容。然而完全的拆卸序列通常是不实际的。选择性拆卸序列规划方法强调从产品中选择一个或多个零件用来维护。本文提出一个基于规则的递归方法用来生成拆卸序列。大多以前的方法枚举出所有的拆卸序列或利用随机的方法生成拆卸序列。相反,本文提出的方法利用规则消除那些不可能的拆卸序列。最后,结合机动煞车给出了应用实例,验证本文方法的有效性。
Disassembly Sequence Planning plays a significant role in maintenance planning of products' maintainability design. However, complete disassembly is often not practical. Selective disassembly sequence planning focuses on disassembling only one or more selected components from a product for maintenance. This paper presents a rule-based recursive method for finding a disassembly sequence. Most prior methods enumerate all solutions or use stochastic random methods to generate solutions. On the contrary, the proposed method establishes certain heuristic disassembly rules to eliminate uncommon or unrealistic solutions. Finally, an application instance is presented of the disassembly sequence of power brake to illustrate the validity of this method.
