摘要
本文主要综述了益生菌的作用机制及其在鸡养殖业中的应用效果，并对今后益生菌的研究方向和应用前景作了概括性的描述，从而有利于进一步研究开发高效、专一和安全的益生菌。
In this article, the mechanism of probiotics and its application in chicken industry were reviewed. The future research direction and application prospect of probiotics were also described. So it is helpful for the further research on efficient, specific and safe probiotics.
