摘要
湖南长沙发电有限公司#1机组大修后,先后出现2次冲转暖机过程中中调门突然开启、转速上升很快且控制不住转速的情况,详细分析了数字电调控制系统及中调门突开的原因,采取了有效措施后,数字电调系统中调门突开现象消失。
In the Hunan Changsha Power Generation Corporation Limited,after the overhaul of the unit No.1,the medium-pressure regulating valve suddenly opened during rolling the turbine and warming up two times,and the rotate speed was increasing quickly and can not be controlled.The digital electro-hydraulic control system and the reason of the medium-pressure regulating valve suddenly opening were analyzed in detail.After the effective measures were adopted,the suddenly opening of the medium-pressure regulating valve was not occurred again.
