摘要
通过改变磷酸三丁酯(TBP)在有机相中所占的体积比例,实现选择性萃取,解决了Fe^(3+)等杂质影响TBP萃铟效果的难题。开发了从提锗蒸馏残液中回收铟的新工艺,经过TBP萃取分离铁、TBP一次萃取富集铟、二(2—乙基己基)磷酸(P204)萃取富集铟、反萃液除杂、铝板置换、碱煮熔炼等工序,得到的粗铟产品含铟大于99%。
Selective extraction was realized based on changing the volume ratio of tributyl phosphate(TBP) in organic phase, and the difficult problem of influence of imputity Fe3+ on effects of indiurn extraction with TBP was solved. A new technique was developed to produce indium from the residual solution of germanium chloridizing distillation. The technique included steps of TBP extraction to separate ferriciron, TBP extraction to concentrate indium, di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid extraction to concentrate indium further, removing impurities in the stripping solution, replacing indium by aluminum plate, smelting in sodium hydroxide. Thus, crude indium ingots with the purity of up to 99% were., produced.
