VEGF和p73蛋白在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对甲状腺肿瘤组织中VEGF、p73蛋白表达的研究,探讨两者的表达意义以及相互关系。方法用免疫组化法检测42例甲状腺癌,21例甲状腺腺瘤及11例正常甲状腺组织中VEGF和p73蛋白的表达情况。结果 VEGF蛋白在正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为0%、71.43%、85.71%;p73蛋白在正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为0%、90.48%、92.86%,VEGF和p73蛋白的阳性表达率在正常甲状腺与甲状腺肿瘤之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但在甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。15例VEGF蛋白表达阳性的甲状腺腺瘤组织中有15例(100.00%)p73蛋白表达阳性,6例VEGF蛋白表达阴性的甲状腺腺瘤组织中4例(66.67%)p73蛋白表达阳性;36例VEGF蛋白表达阳性的甲状腺癌组织中有35例(97.22%)p73蛋白表达阳性,6例VEGF蛋白表达阴性的甲状腺癌组织中4例(66.67%)p73蛋白表达阳性。结论 VEGF、p73蛋白在正常甲状腺组织中无表达,甲状腺肿瘤中呈高表达,可能与甲状腺癌的发生有关,两者在甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌中表达均呈正相关,VEGF、p73蛋白对诊断甲状腺肿瘤具有一定参考价值。
