膀胱移行细胞癌中LYVE-1标记的淋巴管密度及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用特异的淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1(LYVE-1)检测膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中淋巴管密度(LVD),探讨癌组织中LYVE-1标记的LVD及其临床意义。方法收集45例BTCC组织和10例正常膀胱黏膜组织标本,应用免疫组化方法检测LYVE-1标记的淋巴管数量,计算其LVD,分析LVD与临床病理参量之间的关系。结果 BTCC组织内LVD显著高于正常膀胱黏膜组织(4.81±0.93 vs 1.56±0.37,P<0.000 1);浸润超过肌层组的LVD显著高于浸润未超过肌层组(6.22±0.32 vs 4.45±0.64,P<0.000 1);淋巴结阳性组的LVD显著高于淋巴结阴性组(6.20±0.32 vs 4.46±0.66,P<0.000 1),差异均有统计学意义。结论在BTCC组织中,淋巴管的生成与肿瘤的发生发展和侵袭转移密切相关。
