摘要 目的:探讨改良式负压封闭引流技术在肢体创面应用中的效果。方法:在负压封闭引流技术敷料的内置引流管的对侧正中,用手术刀切开8~10 cm切口,且切口不到底部。将一次性输液器去掉头皮针,剪除过滤器,在近断端的输液管两侧纵向剪出6 mm×3 mm椭圆型侧口5~7个,然后将剪好侧口的输液管用丝线包埋于VSD敷料的正中切口内,输液器的另一端接生理盐水。结果:本组60例患者,仅1例患者在第一次手术后第3 d发生堵塞。其余59例均未发生堵塞。50例经7~10 d引流后创面缩小,肉芽新鲜,行植皮或二期缝合后愈合。10例行2次VSD手术后,创面新鲜,行植皮或局部皮瓣转移覆盖愈合。结论:改良方法能较好的解决负压封闭引流术后引流管的堵塞问题,是负压封闭引流术后预防引流管堵塞的一种方法。 Objective: To investigate the effect of improving vacuum sealing drainage on limp surface of wound.Methods :At contralateral internal drainage,dressing in the middle of VSD,with a scalpel cut 8-10 cm,less than the bottom of the incision.Get rid of disposable infusion set scalp needle and filter,on both sides of the 8-10cm of the infusion tube,the 5-7 oval port of 6 mm × 3 mm were cut out longitudinally.the infusion tube was embedded in the VSD dressing median incision with silk thread,the other end of infusion tube collecting with saline infusion.Results :The whole group of 60 patients,Plugging occurred only 1 patient on the third day postoperation.Conclusion:The modified method can solute to the blockage of drainage pipes postoperation.
