摘要
湘南欠发达地区就是湖南省的南部,包括郴州市、永州市和衡阳部分县市。借电子政务建设的东风,将郴州、永州和衡阳部分县市的电子政务政策进行比较研究,发现三地政策有相似之处,也各具特色。将三地电子政务政策进行整合,求大同、存小异,发扬亮点,以同质的电子政务政策建设来推动湘南欠发达地区的经济发展。
Xiangnan refers to the less developed area of southern Hunan Province, including Chenzhou, Yongzhou and some counties of Hengyang.Taking advantage of policies construction, we have made a comparative study on e-government policies of Chenzhou, Yongzhou and some counties in Hengyang and found out that there are some common and different features.Thus we consolidate the e-government policies in the three places to seek common grounds on major issues while reserving differences on minor ones.Then we develop more highlights with homogeneous policies to boost the economic development of less-developed areas of southern Hunan Province.
