摘要
数字阀具有结构简单、价格低廉、工作稳定可靠和维护方便等优点。本文从当前数字阀在水轮机电/液(电/机)转换装置中的应用现状入手,通过现场试验数据分析,在优选数字阀控制参数的基础上,将分别安装数字阀与比例伺服阀的两个电厂两台水轮机调速器一次调频性能进行分析比较,找出具有良好控制参数的数字阀性能与比例伺服阀性能接近的事实,指出数字阀在水轮机调速器上的应用前景。
There are many advantages in digital valve, such as simple structure, low cost, stable operation and friendly maintenance. In this thesis, ai- ming to the application status of digital valve in the electro -hydro or electro -motor conversion device, by analyzing the test data and preferred figures for controlling parameters, the perfonmnce of primary frequency regulation is compared by two hydro -turbine governors, with digital valve and propertional servo valve respectively installed in, under different hydraulic power conditions. And it is found that digital valve has good controlled parameters with close perfommance to proportional servo valve. Finally, it is showed that the digital valve has good application prospects.
