摘要
目前,农村土地流转中存在的问题束缚了土地潜能的发挥,不利于农业的发展。健康有序地推进农村土地流转是有效推动农业适度规模经营、实现农村剩余劳动力转移、增加农民收入的必然选择。文章综述了农村土地流转的现状,分析了现阶段农村土地流转存在的问题,提出了改善农村土地流转的建议与措施。
The land potentiality has been limited due to some problems existed in the land transformation in rural area.Therefore,healthy and orderly promoted the rural land transformation was an inevitable choice for effectively developing the appropriate scale agriculture,realizing transfer of surplus rural labor and increasing farmer＇s income.In this paper,the status of rural land transformation were summarized,the problems which presently emerged during the rural land transformation have also been analyzed.At last,some strategies and measures were proposed to improve the rural land transformation.
