摘要
利用正交试验法对38CrMoAl钢表面激光熔覆Ni60合金时激光功率、扫描速度和离焦量等工艺参数进行优化,得到熔覆层硬度和耐磨性能较为优良的参数组合,并研究了激光熔覆工艺参数对熔覆层性能的影响。结果表明,选择激光功率2.0kW,离焦量40mm,扫描速度6mm/s作为35CrMoAl钢表面激光熔覆Ni60合金时的工艺参数,熔覆层硬度可以达到880.5HV,相对耐磨性为2.26。
Using the method of orthogonal experiment on layer cladding Ni60 alloy on the surface of 38CrMoAI steel, laser power, scanning speed and off-focus were optimized, and the laser cladding process parameters, by which the excellent hardness and surface wear properties of the cladding layer were got. And the effect of the laser cladding parameters on the cladding layer properties was investigated. The result shows that the choice of 2.0 kW laser power, focal quantity from 40 mm, and 6 mm/s scanning speed as the process parameters of layer cladding Ni60 alloy on the surface of 38CrMoAI steel, the hardness of cladding layer can reach 880. 5 HV, and the relative wear resistance is 2.65.
