摘要
旅游循环经济是旅游与循环经济的交叉研究领域,是实现旅游业可持续发展的有效途径。在借鉴国内外旅游循环经济相关研究的基础上,将旅游循环经济的基本理念和"3R"原则纳入到"沙水组合类"典型旅游景区循环经济指标体系的构建中,主要应用专家问询法和层次分析法,按照干旱与半干旱区旅游景区在经济、社会和环境的特点选取指标要素,构建旅游循环经济评价指标体系。并以此评价指标体系为标准对宁夏沙湖与沙坡头旅游景区相关数据进行了初步计算分析,以期为干旱与半干旱区的旅游景区循环经济评价提供启示。
Tourism circular economy research field covers both circular economy and tourism and it is considered as effective way in ensuring sustainable development of tourism.In this paper,a circular economy assessment indicator system of tourism spots is given by using the methods of Delphi and AHP,integrating the ＂3R＂ principle of circular economy,and considering the economic,social and environmental features in semi-arid and arid areas.A case study of the Sand Lake and the Shapotou tourism spots in Ningxia is made.Some suggestions are put forward with regard to the development of tourism circular economy in arid and semi-arid areas.
