摘要 基于OptiStruct软件,采用形状优化辅以尺寸优化进行带槽孔承载结构轻量化设计,以地铁车辆吸能防爬器诱导槽孔设计为例,在2种不同应力约束的工况下对圆形、矩形加半圆形、椭圆形3种槽孔进行形状优化并予以比较,从而探讨了运用最优化技术指导槽孔结构设计的方法。 A new design process to reduce the weight for bearing structure with slot is presented by using shape optimization supplemented with size optimization based on Optistruct software. By taking metro energy absorbing anti-climber as an example, the induced slots in three shapes: circular, rectangular plus semi-circular and elliptical, are optimized under two cases with different stress constrains. The results are compared to investigate the slot design method by shape optimization techniques.
