摘要
采用均匀设计法对影响有机硅改性苯丙乳液合成及性能的主要因素进行了研究,建立了乳液及其涂膜主要性能的回归方程,并通过蒙特卡罗法进行多目标优化,获得了综合性能较佳时的软硬单体质量配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、有机硅用量。对改性苯丙乳液的基本性能进行了测试,并通过粒径分析、红外光谱对乳液及其涂膜结构进行了表征。结果表明,采用均匀设计方法得到的数据可用来指导具体实验,减少实验次数,得到较为理想的实验结果,改变配方后还可对乳液的性能进行预测。
The main factors which had significant effects on the synthesis and performence of organosilicone-modified styrene-acrylic emulsion were investigated by using uniform design method and the regression equations of the emulsion and coating major performance were established.The mass ratio of hard monomer to soft monomer,emulsifier amount,initiator dosage and silicone amount for the synthesis of modified emulsion with better overall performance were obtained by the multi-objective optimization using Monte Carlo method.The basic properties of modified styrene-acrylic emulsion were tested.The structure of the emulsion and film were characterized by the particle size analysis and infrared spectra.The results showed that the data available in the uniform design method could be used to guide the specific test,reduce the number of tests,obtain more satisfactory results and predict the emulsion performance after changing the formula.
