摘要
近几年中亚国家的经济增长多在8%以上,被联合国欧洲经济委员会列为"世界经济发展最快的地区之一"。中亚经济的崛起为新疆提供了难得的机遇。该文通过对中亚各国这几年的发展以及与中国新疆的经贸合作角度出发,分析和探讨中央设立霍尔果斯经济特区后中亚与中国新疆经贸合作方面面临的新的机遇、新的优势,并且提出目前存在的一些不利因素和合理化建议。
Based on the development of Central Asian countries in recent years and the economic and trade cooperation between Xinjiang Autonomous Region and Central Asia,this article analyzes and discusses the new challenges and advantages faced by such cooperation since the foundation of Korgas Special Economic Zone,and then points out some current adverse factors as well as puts forward several rational proposals.
