摘要
低碳经济已经成为当今世界经济发展的潮流所向,在环境作为公共物品的情况下,西方一些国家利用掌握的经济、技术和政治手段,推行所谓的"生态帝国主义",试图牢牢把握"绿色运动"的掌控权。该文论述了中国有必要确定正确的生态价值观,在坚持马克思主义生态观的基础上,寻找适合本国的生态文明之路以及产业结构低碳化的最佳路径和制度安排。
The low-carbon economy has become the trend of the economic development worldwide.In the background of the eco-imperialism policy adopted by some Western countries,which take advantage of their economy,technology and politics in order to possess the control of Green Movement,China must establish the correct ecological values through sticking to the Marxist ecological views and explore its own route leading to ecological civilization and the low-carbon industrial structure.
